I guess Frank Jr.’s bail was lowered from $500,000 to $50,000 and now there’s a notary willing to swear that Frank Sr. signed a letter authorizing Frank Jr. to take control of the paintings by ‘any means necessary.’
I’d love to believe the guy when he’s saying he was trying save his father’s work and not steal it, but if that were true, wouldn’t this whole thing have already been sorted out by ‘one call’ from his father to the police.
